What is a showroom?
A showroom is a curated space (virtual or physical) where stylists, creatives, influencers, and media professionals can pull (borrow) fashion pieces for projects such as photoshoots, events, red carpets, and more. Kristin Manu’s showroom operates virtually, offering exclusive access to our collection.
How do I access the showroom collection?
Access is granted through a quick inquiry form. Once submitted, we review your request and contact you to confirm availability and next steps. Approved clients receive virtual access to view and select pieces.
Do I need to create an account to access the collection?
No. Once approved, you’ll receive a private link to browse the showroom collection—no public login or account is required.
Who can pull from the showroom?
Stylists, influencers, photographers, creative directors, artists, and media professionals working on verified projects or content creation are welcome to submit a pull request.
What types of projects qualify for a pull?
We accept requests for editorial shoots, red carpet events, influencer content, brand campaigns, fashion films, and more. If you’re unsure if your project qualifies, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to guide you.
How far in advance should I submit my request?
We recommend submitting your inquiry at least 5–7 business days before your project date to ensure timely review and coordination.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
You’ll receive a response within 24–48 hours. If approved, you’ll be sent a private access link, a rate sheet, and next steps for scheduling pickup and confirming your pull.
Is there a rental fee to pull items?
Yes. Rental fees vary by item and duration. A dry cleaning fee is also included in your final cost, which covers post-use cleaning for each item. Additionally, your credit card will be kept on file and authorized for the duration of the rental period as a security measure. A refundable deposit may also be required depending on the value of your selected pieces.
Is shipping available?
No. We currently do not offer shipping. All pulls must be picked up and returned in person within the DC, Maryland, or Virginia (DMV) area.
Where is the pickup location?
Pickup locations are disclosed after approval. We coordinate pickups at secure, convenient hubs in DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.
How long can I keep the pulled items?
The standard rental period is up to 7 days depending on the basis of the project. If your project requires more/less time we may be reduce /extended rental—just mention it in your inquiry.
Can I try on pieces before renting?
At this time, we do not offer in-person try-on appointments. However, we do offer virtual appointments, where a member of our team can walk you through the items you’re interested in. We’ll provide close-up views, styling suggestions, and answer any questions you have to help you feel confident in your selections.
What if my project gets canceled after I confirm a pull?
We understand that plans can change. However, once a pull is confirmed, fees may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances. We’ll outline all policies in your rental agreement ahead of time.
What happens if an item is damaged or lost?
Clients are fully responsible for all pulled items. Any damage, loss, or excessive wear will result in fees or full replacement cost, per the terms of the rental agreement.
Can I purchase items from the showroom?
Some pieces may be available for purchase. Let us know if there’s something you’d like to own, and we’ll confirm availability and pricing.
Do you collaborate with brands or creatives?
Yes! We love collaborating with stylists, designers, photographers, media outlets, and other creatives. Please reach out through the [Contact Form] to start the conversation.

Do you offer styling or creative planning services?
Yes! We have a talented team of in-house stylists available for select projects. We’re also proudly partnered with a creative agency to take on full-scale productions, shoots, and event planning. Where is the showroom inventory stored?
All inventory is currently housed in secure, private warehouse facilities in the DMV area. While we are currently operating virtually, we plan to expand in the near future and open a physical showroom location where guests can visit, view the collection, and experience our brand in person.
